Guided Tours Only
The museum is open to the public Saturday and Sunday from noon to 5 p.m. (Last tour starts at 4:15 p.m.) But, you may arrange day or evening tours during the week for parties of 20 or more by calling the Executive Director for the Museum, David Hartman at 913.371.3264
Our experienced guides provide exceptional tours with fascinating information as you slowly work your way through this wonderful taste of history. We can accommodate groups both large and small. We are often called “…the best-kept secret in town.” Groups come from as close as Sedalia, Topeka, Salina and Branson, Missouri and as far away as other countries to enjoy the beauty of the museum. During the year we feature different exhibits and activities, which appeal to many different cultures.
If you would like to have a group Lunch/Dinner at our facilities, before or after your tour, our banquet hall room is available for an additional charge of $2.00 per person. This $2.00 is only for the use of the room and does not include food. We can offer suggestions of caterers for you to use, or you are welcome to make your own arrangements for a meal and/or other refreshments. Christmas bookings can be made a year in advance, so that an early booking will assure you of the desired date for your party.
